Dr. Fulgence MPAYIMANA, holding a PhD in Rural Development, is a seasoned development professional with over 20 years of expertise in project cycle management, rural development, policy and strategy formulation, public policy analysis, advocacy, climate justice, gender mainstreaming, youth and women’s empowerment within the NGO sector across Rwanda.

As the Executive Secretary at AJPRODHO, he leverages his extensive experience in strategic planning, fundraising and resource mobilization, partnership management, and program implementation oversight to promote human rights and advocate for youth advancement within the organization’s operational areas.
