Mr. Shyaka Ishimwe Arsene is a skilled professional in public administration and project management with over five years of experience. He holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Peking University and a Bachelor’s in Office Administration and Management from the University of Rwanda. He has also completed various online courses in project management, budgeting, and supervision.
In December 2024, he joined AJPRODHO-JIJUKIRWA as a Business Development Officer and later became the Fit4Work Project Coordinator. He brings strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English, and French, Mr. Shyaka thrives in multicultural and multi-stakeholder settings, continuing to drive impactful development initiatives across sectors.
