Strengthening Workplace Learning in Rwanda Through Strategic Partnership
The Youth Association for Human Rights Promotion and Development (AJPRODHO–JIJUKIRWA), in partnership with key stakeholders, continues to advance the promotion of Workplace Learning (WPL) across Rwanda. As part of this ongoing commitment, the organization held a productive one-on-one engagement with the Rwanda TVET Board (RTB) to discuss a policy brief aimed at enhancing the quality of training nationwide.
The discussion focused on critical areas including infrastructure development, availability of adequate training facilities, and strengthening workplace capacity to ensure effective implementation of Workplace Learning programs. These efforts are aligned with the shared vision of improving skills development and ensuring that learners acquire practical, industry-relevant competencies.

Through such strategic collaborations, AJPRODHO–JIJUKIRWA reaffirms its dedication to supporting policies and initiatives that contribute to a more responsive, inclusive, and high-quality training ecosystem in Rwanda.
